Indian Ball Badminton once again demonstrated its dominance at the South Asian Ball Badminton Championship held from 27 December to 29 December 2025. Competing against top teams from across South Asia, Team India delivered a commanding performance and secured the Gold Medal.

Among the players representing the Indian squad was Padala Sambasiva from B.N. Club, Danapur, Bihar. His inclusion in the national lineup marked a proud moment for Bihar’s Ball Badminton community.
