He secured First Position at the Ball Badminton State Level Championship (2011–2012) and continued to participate in several major competitions across India. His participation in the All India Invitation Ball Badminton Federation of India Tournaments, along with strong finishes including Second Position (2014) and Third Position (2015), further strengthened his standing as a competitive athlete.

Under his coaching guidance, teams from Saraswati Aanchal School achieved strong results in the Delhi State Ball Badminton Championships, including First Position (2022–23) and Second Position (2023–24) in Sub-Junior Boys categories, along with podium finishes in girls’ categories. His coaching work reflects a strong focus on grassroots talent development and structured training programs.
Education and Professional Background
Md. Wasim Kureshi completed his academic education in New Delhi and later pursued professional sports training, earning B.P.Ed. from Punjabi University Patiala along with Sports Coaching certification from SAI Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat.
