The competition was held from 11 February to 15 February 2026, bringing together top university teams from across India. 

This annual tournament is conducted under the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) sports program, which aims to identify and promote emerging sporting talent at the university level across the country.

After several days of competitive matches, the final standings were:

•Winner: Anna University, Tamil Nadu

•Runner-up: Madurai Kamaraj University, Tamil Nadu

•Third Place: Mangalore University, Karnataka

•Fourth Place: SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Tamil Nadu

Anna University’s consistent performance across league and knockout rounds demonstrated exceptional teamwork, defensive discipline, and attacking precision, allowing them to dominate the tournament and maintain their winning streak.
